To qualify for an apartment, an applicant must income qualify, be approved, pass credit and background checks,
have a positive landlord reference, and must execute a 12-month lease by 8/31/2022 (dates are subject to change). Income qualifications and
rental amounts are approximate and change on an annual basis. Rates effective as of 5/24/2022.
